HUNTINGTON BANK ROOFTOP GARDEN

This rooftop garden required the demolition of 5,000 square feet of roof structure above an occupied high-rise building in the dead of winter. Temporary fire rated walls had to be constructed and rubber membrane laid on the floor as a temporary roof during construction. Approximately 40,000 pounds of structural steel framing were removed by hand from the site.
